All sales are final. We have a strict no refund, no return policy. If you received a defective item and the defect is due to our manufacturing, please contact our office for a Pre-Authorization Number. We will work quickly to resolve your issue and the item will be replaced/repaired free of charge.
All returns must be Pre-Authorized. Please use the contact us form to request the authorization number and return shipping address from customer service. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
